Job Overview
This is a full-time, remote position that offers a unique opportunity to work with a talented and dedicated team from the comfort of your own home. As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to data entry, customer service, and administrative support. With a strong focus on attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, you will be an integral part of the arenaflex team.

Key Responsibilities

Able to perform all functions/responsibilities of Shipping and Receiving Clerk and has the ability and responsibility to schedule cases and/or invoice cases.
Receives case, opens case and disinfects case for production.
Packs and ships case for delivery through local source or national carrier.
Performs the scheduling function for each case.
Through LIS enter demographics and customer information.
Print preference notes matching to case.
Move case into production area.
Invoices cases and assists with billing questions or issues.
Scanning of paperwork for each case for electronic storage.
Answer all incoming calls.
Respond to all inquiries from customers office.
Refers all technical inquires to appropriate team member.
All other duties as assigned.


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, as well as some billing experience. You will also need to have excellent data entry and computer skills, the ability to coordinate multiple tasks, and a strong attention to detail. Additionally, you will need to have excellent customer service skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a related field, such as data entry, customer service, or administrative support.
Strong knowledge of computer software and systems, including LIS and other data entry programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment and to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
