Completing a variety of clinical and administrative reviews for all lines of business, including but not limited to AHCCCS, DES, and DCS-CHP. Conducting post-employment surveys with clinical and leadership staff to review audit results and assisting in creating remedial action plans. Developing review tools for all populations and tracking the fulfillment of remedial action plans. Completing data entry on all review tools and participating in inter-rater reliability and scoring guidelines. Attending QM meetings and contributing to the team's efforts in maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. At least one year of experience in healthcare or social health, with a strong understanding of clinical and administrative processes. Ability to travel to suppliers' offices up to 80% of the time, as required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel. High attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: RN or LPN certification, with clinical experience in quality management or case management. Experience in clinical record QM evaluating or case management. High level of scrupulousness and commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
