Job Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient entry of data into our systems, as well as providing support to our internal clients and stakeholders. This is an entry-level opportunity, and we welcome applications from candidates with little to no prior experience. Our comprehensive training program will provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with internal partners and teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to support business needs. Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients. Design and develop applications for internal clients, ensuring that they meet their needs and expectations. Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, assure data integrity and suitability, and determine data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods. Turn data into actionable insights through reporting solutions, providing recommendations to business areas based on findings. Troubleshoot technical issues and problems, providing timely and effective solutions. Present analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders, communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following areas: Microsoft Access, Excel, Visual Basic for Applications, SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS), ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, Transact SQL, and MS SQL Server. A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal clients and stakeholders. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with reporting platforms, such as WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad). Knowledge of blithequark systems, databases, and underlying information structures. Database knowledge and experience, including Hadoop, Oracle, and Oracle PLSQL. Crystal Reporting experience.
