Job Overview: Remote Data Entry Specialist We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to support our operations from the comfort of your home office. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes, as well as providing administrative support to our customer marketing programs. Key Responsibilities: Assist with team reporting and dashboards using Asana and Salesforce, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date. Review customer contracts for branding and marketing agreements, ensuring accurate records in Okta databases and proposing efficiencies to streamline operations. Maintain and report on Customer Marketing account repository within Asana, providing regular updates and insights to the team. Organize and manage team documents, folders, and systems, actively proposing efficiencies to streamline operations and improve productivity. Project manage customer marketing programs, including coordinating photo shoots, scheduling, staffing, content routing for customer approval, and updating trackers in Google Sheets. About You: To be successful in this role, you will need to be a detail-oriented and organized individual with strong administrative skills. You should be proficient in using Asana, Salesforce, Okta, and Google Sheets, and have experience working in a remote team environment. You should also be able to work independently and collaborate effectively with others, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. At least 2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency. Proficient in using Asana, Salesforce, Okta, and Google Sheets, with experience working in a remote team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Knowledge of customer marketing programs and project management principles, with experience coordinating photo shoots, scheduling, and staffing. Experience working with databases and data analytics tools, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and best practices. Certification in data entry or administrative support, such as Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES).
