Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate reports and assist in data analysis as needed, using various software tools and data formats to provide valuable insights and support business decisions.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless data processing, participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge, and contribute to a dynamic team that values collaboration and excellence.
Communication and Customer Service: Provide excellent verbal and written communication skills, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or related fields is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and strong computer skills, including data entry software and other relevant tools.
