**Schedule & Flexibility**
* Work Monday to Friday after school (2–4 hours/day)
* Weekend options (Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday)
* You pick the time—just meet your task deadlines
* Great for students balancing school, activities, and other commitments
**Requirements**
* Teens aged 16–18 (parental consent may be required if under 18)
* Located in the United States
* Access to a laptop/computer and Wi-Fi
