**Key Responsibilities**

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist – Administrative Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

* Providing administrative support to careerzynith teams, including data entry, document management, and communication
* Conducting research studies, product testing, and online focus groups to gather valuable insights and feedback
* Working independently from home, with flexibility to choose your own schedule and work hours
* Utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and other tools to stay organized and efficient
* Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
* Current USA resident
* Ability to speak, read, and understand English and Spanish (a plus for increased opportunities)
* Strong focus and follow-through skills
* Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with stable internet connection
* Microsoft Word or Excel skills (helpful but not mandatory)
* Data entry skills, with the ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
* Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support (helpful but not mandatory)
