* Utilize Microsoft Word or Excel to keep yourself organized and manage tasks effectively
* Communicate effectively with our team and clients through email, phone, or video conferencing
* Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Requirements:**

* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
* Current USA resident
* Ability to speak, read, and understand English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
* Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and projects
* Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection
* Microsoft Word or Excel skills are helpful but not mandatory
* Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
* Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support are helpful but not mandatory

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative assisting
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
