Verify data by comparing it to source documents, ensuring that all information is accurate and complete. Update existing data and retrieve data from the database as requested, providing timely and efficient support to our team members and clients. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation, protecting our valuable information and preventing data loss. Organize and maintain files and records for efficient data retrieval, ensuring that all information is easily accessible and secure. Collaborate with team members to address any discrepancies or issues with data entry, providing excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to our strict data protection policies and procedures. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering accurate and efficient results. Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.), with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
