Key Responsibilities Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in our company database, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate. Review and verify the accuracy of data entered, identifying and correcting any discrepancies or errors. Provide administrative support as needed to various teams, including responding to queries, preparing reports, and performing other tasks as required. Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security at all times, adhering to our strict data protection policies and procedures. Meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to ensure that all responsibilities are fulfilled. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth workflows, providing updates on progress and highlighting any issues or concerns. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in data entry and administration, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. The following qualifications are required: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in data entry or administration is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. Excellent typing skills with a speed of at least 50 WPM, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role preferred, although we are willing to consider candidates with transferable skills and a willingness to learn. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team, and to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
