About the Role: Remote Data Entry Processor

We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Processor to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As a Data Entry Processor, you'll play a critical role in our business processing operations, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency in data entry, document classification, and other tasks. You'll work collaboratively with our team to drive exceptional customer experiences and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:


Perform data entry with high accuracy, adhering to client requirements and guidelines
Manually identify and classify different types of forms (MEDI) based on client specifications
Work on various tasks, including data entry, verification, MEDI, and other DE tasks, following established procedures and guidelines
Demonstrate problem-solving skills, working independently with minimal supervision
Comply with company policies, standards, and quality metrics
Maintain excellent customer service skills, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution


Essential Qualifications:


High School Diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of experience in a working environment, preferably in data entry or a related field
Typing speed of 40 wpm or higher, as demonstrated through a typing test
Basic PC and internet skills, with introductory knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Ability to work independently, remaining self-motivated and focused
Excellent customer service and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail


Preferred Qualifications:


Previous experience in a business process outsourcing or customer service environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply guidelines and procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn new software and systems
