Key Responsibilities Complete cybersecurity questionnaires in support of sales, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to meet business objectives. Monitor incoming cybersecurity requests using our dedicated issue tracking tool, JIRA, and prioritize these requests in collaboration with internal business leaders. Extract relevant information from archives of past questionnaires to inform current and future responses. Coordinate with internal subject matter experts for the final review of questionnaires, ensuring that all submissions are of the highest quality. Record progress in JIRA, maintaining a transparent and up-to-date record of all activities. Perform additional data entry tasks as requested by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing business needs. Maintain all required corporate training up to date, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
