As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Accurately entering data into various databases and systems from source documents within time limits
* Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking the output
* Verifying data by comparing it to source documents
* Updating existing data and retrieving data from the database as requested
* Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation
* Organizing and maintaining files and records for efficient data retrieval
* Collaborating with team members to address any discrepancies or issues with data entry
* Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role
* Excellent typing speed and accuracy (at least 60 words per minute)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors
* Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus
