**Key Responsibilities**

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring the highest level of quality and attention to detail
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
* Provide administrative support to our team, including responding to emails, making phone calls, and performing other tasks as needed
* Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of projects and tasks
* Identify and resolve data entry errors, discrepancies, and inconsistencies
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our systems, processes, and procedures
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent typing skills (25+ words per minute)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with data entry software and systems, such as QuickBooks or Salesforce
* Familiarity with cloud-based applications and tools, such as Google Drive or Dropbox
* Knowledge of database management and data analysis principles
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Certification in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field
