Job Summary We're seeking an experienced and highly skilled Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. Key Responsibilities Provide authority and oversight of a workstation and high-performing team members in a functional environment Serve as a subject matter expert on security, compliance, and procedures Lead and drive the delivery of exceptional customer service and quality assurance in accordance with United Airlines' rules and regulations Ensure consistency in functional operations and process improvements Attract and retain top talent to review performance evaluations and provide feedback in accordance with United Airlines' rules and partnership expectations Support regular work and continuous improvement processes Direct the performance of a team and workstation, taking action as necessary to ensure functional goals are met Review and delegate work assignments to team members Provide regular training, coaching, and feedback to team members Lead investigations and participate in problem-solving to help team members resolve work-related issues Provide guidance and interpret United Airlines' rules and regulations to assist team members in completing essential duties Assist with talent development and performance management to drive shared goals and objectives Complete all required administrative and United Airlines' documentation of activities Requirements Essential Qualifications: Associate's degree, GED, or equivalent required Strong sense of accountability, understands tasks, and can interpret data to drive business objectives Continuous improvement and customer focus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Strong written and oral communication skills Decision-making and leadership skills Proficient in IT systems and common software applications Experience leading and influencing a team and customer service operations Flexibility to work any shift in a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week operation, including weekends, nights, and holidays Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship Preferred Qualifications: Long-term experience in data entry or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Experience leading and managing teams Experience working in Airport Operations or customer service What We Offer At United Airlines, we're committed to creating a workplace that's engaging, challenging, and rewarding.
