**Job Summary**

We're seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Data Entry Clerks / Typing Specialists. As a key member of our remote team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with our clients to deliver high-quality results. **Key Responsibilities**

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science) an asset
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, using initiative and judgment to resolve issues and make decisions

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with data entry software and systems (e.g., CRM, ERP)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues
* Experience working with diverse client bases, including healthcare, warehousing, and delivery drivers
* Certification in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field (e.g., Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA), Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES))
