Job Overview: Data Entry Clerk (Work from Home) We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team, working remotely with occasional on-site meetings. As a Data Entry Clerk at Gigentra, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate entry of new and updated customer contracts into our systems. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a high-volume environment will be essential in driving our success. Key Responsibilities: Enter new and updated customer contracts into our system, updating existing customer contracts as needed to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Compare data entered to source documentation for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and reliable. Scan source documents as PDFs into our document storage system, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. Key A/R adjustments into the billing system, ensuring necessary approvals are evident and that all adjustments are made in a timely and accurate manner. Proofread fellow team member's outputs, providing feedback and support to ensure that our team's work is of the highest quality. Contribute to team effort, collaborating with colleagues to achieve our goals and drive success. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a high-volume environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively. Attention to detail, accuracy, and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of basic computer functions, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to be flexible and positive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines as needed. Energetic self-starter who thrives in a team-based environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve our goals. Minimum of two years of data entry experience, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail. Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or GED, with a minimum of one year of data entry experience. Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly regarded: Experience working in a remote or home-based environment, with a proven ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively. Knowledge of document storage systems and billing software, with experience working in a high-volume data entry environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and provide feedback and support as needed. Skills and Competencies: To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and competencies: Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
