* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, using Microsoft Word or Excel as needed
* Communicate effectively with careerzynith team members and clients, using email, phone, or video conferencing
* Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results, while working independently and as part of a team
**Requirements**
* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
* Current USA resident
* Speak, read, and understand English and/or Spanish (a plus, as more opportunities are available)
* Able to focus and follow through on tasks and studies
* Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
* Microsoft Word or Excel helpful, but not mandatory
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
* Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support (helpful but not mandatory)
* Experience with online research studies, including online focus groups and product testing
