About the Role
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for continuously updating our company databases with accurate and timely information. This will involve liaising with arenaflex employees and customers to gather information, capturing data into the relevant databases, and identifying and correcting errors. Key Responsibilities

Collect invoices, statements, reports, personal data, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and customers
Scan information to identify pertinent information and optimize data capture
Correct errors and organize information in a manner that optimizes quick and accurate capture
Create accurate spreadsheets and enter and update information into relevant databases
Ensure that data is backed up and stored securely
Inform relevant parties of errors encountered and provide solutions to resolve issues
Store hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize data retrieval
Perform additional tasks from time to time as required by the team


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
More than 1 year of experience in a relevant field, such as data entry, database management, or administration
A good command of English, both written and verbal
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel, with the ability to create accurate spreadsheets and reports
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, customers, and other stakeholders
The ability to concentrate for long periods of time and work accurately and at an appropriate speed
The ability to touch type, with a high level of accuracy and speed


Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications and skills would be highly desirable:

Experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively
Knowledge of database management systems and software, such as SQL or Oracle
Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to create insightful and informative reports
A certification in data entry or a related field, such as a Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or a Certified Administrative Professional (CAP)
