**Key Responsibilities**

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk / Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

* **Customer Support**: Provide exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and in-person, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner.
* **Data Entry**: Update and maintain customer call data, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles.
* **Management Support**: Assist with profile page creation and updating, as well as managing support tickets and customer service issue tickets.
* **Filing and Document Management**: File, access, and produce documents as needed, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
* **Correspondence and Communication**: Support in the preparation of all correspondence associated with the customer support process, including managing unique management ventures and overflow work from teams.
* **Lobby Management**: Manage the business's lobby area, greeting and directing visitors, merchants, clients, job applicants, and consumers, and seating them to their appointed offices and conference rooms.
* **General Office Roles**: Perform general office tasks, including submitting, data access, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and task job.
