As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our claims management systems.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:


Data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
Following up on missing information to process claims
Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy
Compiling reports from systems with claims information


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:


A high school diploma or equivalent
6-12 months of work experience in a related field
Basic computer and typing skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy


Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:


Experience in a claims or insurance-related field
Knowledge of claims management systems
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
