**Job Summary**

As a remote data entry clerk and administrative assistant at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including data entry, research participation, online focus groups, product testing, and more. You'll have the flexibility to work on your own schedule, choosing the hours and days that suit you best. **Key Responsibilities**

* Data entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, using a variety of software and tools.
* Research participation: Participate in online research studies, including focus groups, product testing, and other activities.
* Administrative tasks: Perform administrative duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
* Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders, using strong written and verbal skills.
* Organization: Maintain accurate and organized records, using tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable, working independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals.

**Requirements**

* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted.
* Current USA resident: Must be a current resident of the United States.
* Language skills: Speak, read, and understand English, with Spanish a plus for additional opportunities.
* Focus and follow-through: Be able to focus and follow through on tasks and responsibilities.
* Computer and internet: Have a computer, laptop, or mobile device, with a stable internet connection.
* Microsoft Word and Excel: Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel is helpful, but not mandatory.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Data entry skills: Have experience with data entry, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute.
* Customer service: Have experience in customer service, sales, or sales support.
* Backgrounds: Come from a variety of backgrounds, including Amazon, customer service representative, medical professional, drivers, medical receptionist, and more.

**Pay and Benefits**

* Pay: Earn up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions, and up to $3,000 for multi-session research studies.
