You'll work closely with our team to ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions, meeting or exceeding client Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your expertise in the healthcare and insurance domain will be invaluable in identifying potential problems and discrepancies, and resolving routine and non-routine issues. **Key Responsibilities** * Scrub, research, and validate provider contract records to ensure accuracy and completeness * Update status in customer systems to reflect changes and updates * Research and install healthcare provider contracts, including verification of provider information, contract accuracy, and database loading * Retrieve and enter data from computer/web-based systems, files, and other documents * Analyze information collected to identify potential problems and discrepancies * Ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs * Apply healthcare and insurance domain knowledge to undertake problem-solving and identify solutions * Identify and resolve routine and non-routine problems or escalate to more proficient team members * Monitor email box and send responses to inquiries **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ year of experience in a role that required a focus on quality, including attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability for your work * 1+ year of experience in a professional/office-related environment, such as office support, data entry, clerical, or customer service * 1+ year of experience using a computer with Windows applications, including keyboard navigation, multiple screens, and computer systems * High school diploma or GED **Preferred Qualifications** * Ability to communicate effectively in a professional/office setting * Effective troubleshooting skills, leveraging research, analysis, and problem-solving skills * Time management skills to cope with a complex, changing environment * Knowledge of AS400, Windows-based systems, Excel Spreadsheets, and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) **Skills and Competencies** * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in Windows applications, including keyboard navigation and multiple screens * Ability to learn new software tools and systems quickly **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
