Job Summary In this remote role, you will be responsible for scrubbing, researching, and validating provider contract records, updating status in customer systems, and researching and installing healthcare provider contracts. You will also retrieve and enter data from computer/web-based systems, files, and other documents, analyze information collected to identify potential problems and discrepancies, and ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions. As a key member of the arenaflex team, you will apply your healthcare and insurance domain knowledge, theoretical concepts, and problem-solving skills to undertake complex tasks and identify and resolve routine and non-routine problems. Key Responsibilities Scrub, research, and validate provider contract records to ensure accuracy and completeness Update status in customer systems and ensure timely completion of transactions Research and install healthcare provider contracts, including verification of provider information, contract accuracy, and database loading Retrieve and enter data from computer/web-based systems, files, and other documents Analyze information collected to identify potential problems and discrepancies Ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs Apply healthcare and insurance domain knowledge, theoretical concepts, and problem-solving skills to undertake complex tasks Identify and resolve routine and non-routine problems or escalate to more proficient team members Monitor email box and send responses to inquiries in a timely and professional manner Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: At least 1 year of experience in a role that required a focus on quality, including attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability for your work At least 1 year of experience in a professional/office-related environment, such as office support, data entry, clerical, or customer service At least 1 year of experience using a computer with Windows applications, including keyboard navigation, multiple screen use, and learning new software tools An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications In addition to the required qualifications, the following skills and experience are preferred: Ability to communicate effectively in a professional/office setting, both orally and in writing Effective troubleshooting skills, including research, analysis, and problem-solving Time management skills, including the ability to cope with a complex, changing environment Knowledge of AS400, Windows-based systems, Excel Spreadsheets, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees. Compensation and Benefits arenaflex offers a competitive hourly rate of $15.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience.
