Position Overview As a Remote Data Entry Associate at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to put your skills to work by supporting our clients through document review and data entry. This is a full remote job, available to candidates located in the United States, Panama, and Pennsylvania (USA). Job Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for: Capturing and validating data that may be more complicated than standard requests Providing production services to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry, document processing, scanning, or similar activities Receiving documents from both electronic and hard copy form for processing Processing documents by following internal processes and identifying any gaps in required information Identifying documents and their purpose to create a database of information Following up with customers for additional information or documentation as needed Providing great customer service and ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship The ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test A minimum typing speed of 30 WPM (words per minute) on a computer Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly Great attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities Essential Qualifications In addition to the requirements listed above, the ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in data entry or a related field Strong communication and customer service skills The ability to work independently in a remote environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with document review and data entry software Knowledge of database management principles Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to learn new software systems quickly Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service Organizational skills: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately capture and validate data Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
