Job Overview


Key Responsibilities

Correcting inaccuracies and validating output to ensure data accuracy and quality
Maintaining an efficient rate of productivity and high rate of accuracy in data entry tasks
Inputting alphanumeric data from source documents accurately and efficiently
Keeping information confidential and handling sensitive data with discretion
Reviewing and making corrections to entered information to ensure accuracy and completeness
Completing support tickets generated by staff within the scheduling system in a timely and efficient manner
Validating accuracy of existing data through periodic audits to ensure data integrity
Preparing and filtering data to be aggregated for reporting purposes
Reviewing time-sheets for accuracy and reconciling discrepancies in a fair and transparent manner
Resolving inconsistencies by contacting the source for clarification and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with discretion


Preferred Qualifications

Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field
2-3 years of experience in data entry or a related field
