About the Role We're currently seeking an experienced Data Entry and Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Costa Rica. As a key member of our Customer Listening Team, you'll play a vital role in helping us transform and innovate our end-to-end Voice of the Customer (VOC) process. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you'll work closely with our product and process owners, subject matter experts, and agile teams to drive business growth and improvement. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with utility teams to define, frame, and capture business needs, leveraging your expertise in VOC methods and big data platforms Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions Develop and implement big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python Provide guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using big data ecosystems Power customer story evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and test data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end process Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven projects (minimum 3+ years) Active collaboration with product owners and stakeholders to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables Familiarity with Agile methodologies and delivery principles, with a focus on introducing small increments of a product at regular intervals to business groups Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working with big data platforms and ecosystems Knowledge of data modeling and architecture principles Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and solutions Strong understanding of customer-centric principles and practices What We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to supporting the holistic well-being of our colleagues and their loved ones.
