About the Role We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Data Entry and Live Chat Specialist. This role is part of our Customer Listening Team, responsible for handling the end-to-end Voice of the Customer technique. With over 5M surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider area, this technique includes the layout and programming of customer experience surveys translated into over 10 languages and added in more than 20 countries. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and maintenance of the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted by Qualtrics. Work closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile crew in technology to transform and innovate the end-to-end Voice of the Customer method. Collaborate with utility teams to outline, frame, and capture business needs, growing information of Voice of the Purchaser methods and leveraging the same to outline and transform the facts within the Cornerstone large data platform. Design and build a sturdy records model architecture to aid most fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions. Enable big statistics and batch/actual-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring information first-rate and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case degree. Offer guidelines to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystem. Power consumer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software program programs, checking out & builds automation tools. Proactively identify and automate manual obligations to improve best and efficiency. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have hands-on development experience on Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting Languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no longer less than 3+ years. This should involve active collaboration with dating managers/product owners for expertise the functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables.
