Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Integrated Data Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Integrated Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our Flight Ops Safety team by analyzing data, creating visualizations, and providing insights that inform our training programs. This is a remote data entry job that offers the flexibility to work from home, with a competitive hourly rate of $30-40 per hour. Key Responsibilities

Ensure the timely and accurate submission of monthly FAA reports
Administer all aspects of the IDCAT software, including customer support and feedback monitoring for Flight Instructors/Evaluators
Support all Integrated Data Collection and Analysis Tool (IDCAT) software-related administrative tasks, including account management and new user support
Download Tableau data to the Southwest Airlines server and populate existing dashboards
Analyze, create, and visualize data in Tableau workbooks/dashboards
Categorize and organize Instructor/Evaluator measured devices and feedback for assessment
Support IDCAT observation form format and generate/create data collection paperwork within the software
Perform regular training data analyses as defined in AC 120-54a and identify gaps in effectiveness in current Flight Ops Training
Assist in and provide assessment support for the quarterly data review of the Data Integration Agency (DIG) and AQP
Execute and deliver data requests as needed to support the Flight Ops Training (AQP) staff


Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., data analysis, statistics, mathematics, computer science)
Intermediate level experience in data analysis and visualization, project management, and Tableau data visualization
Knowledge of database management, analysis of large and complex databases, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx)
Intermediate knowledge of statistics and math concepts, with strong research and analytical skills
Excellent partnering, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and departments
Ability to resolve complex problems and perform tasks with minimal supervision
Ability to adapt to changing situations and adopt new techniques and methodologies as needed to meet company objectives


Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the aviation industry or a related field
Knowledge of enterprise airline operations and proficiency in building relationships with all levels of employees
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in developing presentations and strong writing, speaking, and presentation skills
Certification in data analysis or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Analyst, Certified Analytics Professional)
