Key Responsibilities

Place outbound client contacts, follow-up emails to clients, and respond to basic inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Update and maintain customer call databases, including updating and acting on client service logs and all client accounts
Provide administrative support, including profile creation and updating, filing, data entry, and document generation
Create and resolve customer service concern tickets, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up
Assist in the planning of all mail associated with the client help process and handle exclusive management projects, as well as spillover work from departments featuring word-processing, data entry, and Internet investigation activities
Greet and administer all visitors, suppliers, clients, job applicants, and customers in a professional and courteous manner, directing and seating them to their designated offices and meeting rooms
Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and project work
Responsible for checking and verifying supply items, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail


Requirements and Qualifications
