Job Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting information contests, performing clerical tasks, and applying various job techniques and procedures. You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and solutions via phone, email, or in-person. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively interact with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored support.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound client calls, send follow-up emails to customers, and respond to general inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Update and maintain customer call databases, including improving and acting on customer care logs and all customer profiles
Provide administrative support, such as account creation and updating
Perform data entry, submission, and file generation tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
Create and update customer support issue tickets, ensuring that all issues are properly documented and resolved
Aid in the preparation of mail related to the customer support process and manage special administrative tasks, including word-processing, data entry, and internet research tasks
Manage the firm's entrance hall region, welcoming and administering all visitors, vendors, customers, job applicants, and clients, and directing them to their designated offices and meeting rooms
Perform general office responsibilities, including filing, data entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and project work
Conduct inventory inspections to ensure accuracy and attention to detail


Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be able to work remotely and have the following skills and qualifications:

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders
Proven ability to follow instructions and established guidelines to perform necessary job functions
Demonstrated analytical potential, with the ability to multitask and focus on requests
