Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled remote data entry and customer service representative to join our team. As a key member of our document processing team, you will be responsible for processing documents electronically, making outbound calls to doctor's offices, and ensuring the accurate transmission of processed data to our clients. This is a remote position, but you must reside within 100 miles of London, KY, and be available to return to the office at some point if required. Some weekends may be necessary, and you must be flexible to work overtime if needed.
Key Responsibilities
Process documents electronically, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Make outbound calls to doctor's offices, as volume permits, to provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues
Process claims and ensure timely transmission to our clients
Receive, process, and classify documents from both electronic and hard copy forms, ensuring accurate transmission to our clients
Sort, image, document, file, and archive documents by form type, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
Identify documents and their purpose, creating a database of information to support our clients
Classify documents based on contract requirements, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Verify data from automated data extraction tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Ensure transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level, maintaining timely and accurate communication with our clients
Position Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalency
Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Outlook, and Word, with strong computer typing skills for effective note-taking
A secure workspace with high-speed internet, ensuring efficient and secure processing of documents
Ability to pass a typing test, demonstrating strong data entry skills and attention to detail
Ability to sit for long periods and work overtime if needed, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional results
Well-organized, with strong customer service and communication skills, able to work independently and as part of a team
