Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Remote Data Entry and Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a representative of arenaflex, you will be responsible for processing documents electronically, making outbound calls to doctor's offices, and ensuring accurate data transmission to our clients. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Process documents electronically, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Make outbound calls to doctor's offices, as volume permits, to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
Process claims, classify documents, and transmit data to the appropriate next level
Receive, process, and ensure document classification is completed and transmitted to clients in a timely manner
Sort, image, document, file, and archive documents by form type, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
Identify documents and their purpose, creating a database of information to support our clients' needs
Classify documents based on contract requirements, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Verify data from automated data extraction tools, ensuring accuracy and reliability
Ensure transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level, maintaining seamless communication and workflow


Position Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalency
Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Outlook, and Word, with excellent computer typing skills
A secure workspace with high-speed internet, allowing for efficient and secure data processing
Ability to pass a typing test, demonstrating accuracy and speed
Ability to sit for long periods and work overtime, as needed, to meet business demands
Well-organized, with strong computer typing skills for effective note-taking and data entry
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work with clients and internal stakeholders
Strong data entry skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
Availability to work weekends and holidays, as required, to support business needs


Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
Knowledge of document classification and data transmission processes
Experience working with automated data extraction tools and software applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer inquiries and concerns

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $26,600.00 - $33,250.00, depending on experience and performance. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive, based on business need. Our organization also provides a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time.
