Job Overview In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of complex analyses, reporting solutions, and packages to meet business needs. You will interact directly with internal clients and coworkers to develop reporting and analytic solutions, as well as software design. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with internal partners and agencies to develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages that support business objectives. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with internal partners and agencies to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages that support business objectives Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients Design and develop applications for internal clients Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, ensure data integrity and suitability, and determine data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods Turn data into actionable insights through reporting solutions Troubleshoot technical issues and problems Present analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following areas: Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.) Experience with Excel and Visual Basic for Applications Experience with reporting platforms – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) Development programming languages/knowledge/experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript Development database languages/knowledge/experience – Transact SQL Database knowledge/experience – MS SQL Server Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with reporting platforms – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad) Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying information structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.) Database knowledge/experience – Hadoop, Oracle Development database languages/knowledge/experience – Oracle PLSQL Crystal Reporting experience Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
