About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Data Entry and Analysis Specialist to support our remote location. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, operationalizing, and maintaining data for each individual test region, cycle, and team you support. You will use different approaches to data transformation and perception to deliver significant insights to our teams throughout a 10-week program. Key Responsibilities Work closely with blithequark's internal team to identify, document, and build data dashboards based on data requirements for different clients Perform data transformation to prepare source data for powerful data visualization in data dashboards Manage multiple tasks simultaneously across various clients and programs Ensure timely, up-to-date, and accurate representation of data to support team analysis of their work and progress against objectives Support dashboard users in the effective use of dashboards for each program Work with partners to address data and dashboard requests and ensure timely resolution of data-related issues for your specific projects Support ad-hoc analysis to understand trends or additional insights across datasets before, during, and after program cycles Collaborate with internal colleagues to continuously improve our products by aiding in the identification of issues and improvements, performing root cause analysis, and cooperatively designing and developing solutions through iterative cycles Essential Qualifications Qualified candidates should have: Proficiency in data transformation, visualization, and dashboard development A Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of work experience in Data Analysis Excellent project management, organizational, attention to detail, and analytical thinking skills Strong analytical skills with experience manipulating data and conducting statistical analyses with a variety of technology tools/platforms Exceptional quality assurance practices, ownership, and pride in expectations to ensure alignment with, and success of our clients Ability to work with client data teams to serve project needs Ability to quickly grasp client requirements and translate raw data into clear, meaningful information and insights Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change typical in early-stage product development and implementation environments Solid communications with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to audiences at all levels and across all disciplines within an organization Collaborative team player with experience working in a fast-paced, result-driven, cross-functional team, with high-performing, highly motivated individuals Preferred Qualifications The following are desirable but not required: Passion for education and experience working in education explicitly with district and school-based leadership and staff Continuous learning mindset, eager to explore and adopt emerging technologies and approaches Experience working with large-scale education datasets Physical Demands and Working Conditions The physical demands and working conditions of this role include: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Ability to lift up to 15 pounds on occasion About blithequark For the past 20 years, blithequark has been helping administrators and Chiefs of school districts and their leadership teams to improve public education for all students decisively. blithequark provides educational systems with better essential insights and strategic solutions to the most pressing challenges facing educational system leaders today.
