Develop and implement new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both tactical and strategic navigation
Provide ad-hoc analytical support to stakeholders to help drive the business forward
Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in data analysis and a passion for working with data to drive business decisions. The essential qualifications for this role include:
Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in data analysis
Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and/or Python
Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning methods: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
