Essential Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work remotely, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace


Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
Knowledge of airline operations, including flight schedules, fare rules, and ticketing procedures
