**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. As a key member of our Customer Service department, you'll provide administrative support, manage customer communications, and ensure seamless order tracking and processing. **Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Support Assistant, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing administrative support to the Customer Service department, including data entry, order tracking, and report processing
* Managing customer communications through email and phone, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of inquiries and issues
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our database, ensuring data integrity and consistency
* Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
* Processing reports and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Performing other related tasks as required to support the success of our Customer Service department
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar administrative or customer service role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Ability to work effectively in a team setting, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
