Job Overview In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of the Client Investigation Center item procedure, prioritizing key performance indicators (KPIs), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch client analysis solutions. Your expertise in product management, data analysis, and customer insights will be instrumental in shaping the future of our customer support operations and contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the Client Investigation Center item procedure to enhance the quality and accessibility of client analysis and insights for internal stakeholders. Define and communicate a clear methodology, prioritization, and timelines for the Client Investigation Center to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Ensure the development and scaling of tools to support the security and reliability needs of internal teams in analyzing customer data and behavior. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of the Client Investigation Center. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analysis, data security, and privacy, identifying potential opportunities for product innovation and differentiation. Collaborate with Design, arenaflex Interface, Data Adventures, arenaflex+, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality client analysis solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer privacy. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or a related area. Additionally, you must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in driving product development, execution, and analysis. Preferred Qualifications While not required, a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable. Furthermore, experience as a product manager, preferably managing consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, is preferred. We also value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating expertise in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
