**Experienced Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative – Medical Records Coordination**

Our team is comprised of dedicated professionals who share our vision and values, and we're excited to welcome like-minded individuals to our growing family. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Performing quality checks to maintain the integrity of events and criteria for reporting purposes * Processing members' electronic documents, proof of data for inaccuracies, and any other missing information * Resolving discrepancies identified using standard procedures and/or returning incomplete documents to their respective departments for correction and resolution * Responding and coordinating field assignments for Interpreters by checking availability and assigning staff as appropriate, taking location into consideration * Facilitating manual mailings for other departments * Moving existing members, auto-enrollees, and arenaflex-enrollments to and from the appropriate line of business lists in the centralized NY State Uniform Assessment System (UAS) for Integrated Products * Additional duties as assigned **Essential Qualifications** * High School diploma or equivalent (GED) * Ability to prioritize and follow through on assigned tasks * Proficiency in navigating the Internet * Ability to work with multiple electronic documentation systems simultaneously * Ability to troubleshoot or explain basic hardware and software errors and work with a Technician remotely to perform step-by-step repairs * Work experience with an electronic patient health information (PHI) database (medical records database) * arenaflex Excel skills, including edit, search, sort/filter, format using already created pivot tables to locate information * Data entry/database management experience with arenaflex Excel and other systems/applications * Attention to detail performing quality checks and proofreading * Work experience in a healthcare environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, or managed care and medical terminology * Experience working with electronic medical records systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in arenaflex Excel and other electronic documentation systems * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues * Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional member experience **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting our employees' growth and development.
