* Collaborating with insurance agencies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to monitor, resolve, and approve orders with financial or clinical issues
**Key Skills & Experience**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role, handling a high volume of complex customer inquiries via phone
* Minimum of one year of experience with Windows-based applications (Windows, Microsoft Office, web browsing, email)
* Proficient keyboarding skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
