Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Specialist with arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include:

Assisting clients, patients, and requestors with inquiries about the status of medical records via phone calls, aiming to meet a daily goal of 85 calls, averaging 11 calls per hour.
Ensuring that all interactions are documented accurately and detailed in our system, with a focus on providing excellent customer service promptly and with concise information.
Building and maintaining strong, value-based relationships with customers, demonstrating a genuine passion for customer interaction and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Managing and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, always maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
Performing data entry tasks, resending or canceling invoices, reprocessing orders for missing information, and obtaining missing details for non-compliant requests.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure that requests are processed and sent to requestors securely and promptly, either via fax or email.


Essential Qualifications
