About the Role: Client Experience Partner As a Client Experience Partner at Wayfair, you'll be the face of our brand, delivering outstanding customer support through various communication channels, including in-person, phone, and email. Your primary focus will be to address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to orders, products, and services. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues, track shipments, and ensure timely deliveries. Stay up-to-date on Wayfair's extensive product catalog and effectively communicate product information to customers. Handle customer requests, including order handling, cancellations, returns, and exchanges, in accordance with company policies. Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products, services, or processes and share insights with relevant teams. Maintain accurate records using customer service tools and software. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, policies, visual marketing, and product groups. Essential Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in a customer support setting, preferably in retail. Proven ability to work directly with customers, resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer requests. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a retail environment, particularly in the home goods or furniture industry. Knowledge of customer service software and tools.
