Our mission is to deliver exceptional customer experiences while empowering our Independent Contractors to achieve their personal and professional goals. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients' customers through inbound and outbound calls. Our programs have varying pay structures, but most programs pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives. **Application and Certification Process** To become a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need to complete the following steps: * Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check * Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor * Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement * Complete a W9 form * Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program **Program Metrics Requirements** Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be clearly outlined in the program details. **Availability** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule, working in 30-minute blocks.
