Our mission is to empower our Independent Contractors to succeed in a flexible and dynamic work environment, while providing our clients with the highest level of service and support. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients' customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Programs have varying pay structures, but most programs pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives. **Application and Certification Process** To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to complete the following steps: * Complete an application to Join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check * Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor * Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement * Complete a W9 form * Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program **Program Metrics Requirements** Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be outlined in the program details. **Availability** As an Independent Contractor, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at your own pace.
