**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, veterinary technology, customer service) preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a pharmacy or veterinary setting
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to process prescriptions and handle confidential information
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
