Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
Answering inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, disconnect/reconnect, payment arrangements, budget billings, making payments, processing trouble and outage orders, and assisting with My Account (online accounts)
Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Utilizing computer navigation skills to access and manage customer information and resolve issues
Typing at a rate of 35-40 words per minute to efficiently process customer transactions
Communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
Working overtime as needed, including overnight and weekends, to support our clients during critical situations
Adhering to a 20-minute daily break and 1-hour lunch schedule
Multitasking to manage multiple customer interactions and tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Prior call center experience, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service
Great attendance and punctuality, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and working efficiently
Computer navigation skills, including proficiency in software applications and systems
The ability to type at a rate of 35-40 words per minute, with accuracy and efficiency
Great communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
Openness to working overtime, including overnight and weekends, to support our clients during critical situations
Adherence to a 20-minute daily break and 1-hour lunch schedule
Multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions and tasks simultaneously
Technical Requirements
To work from home, you will need:
A broadband internet connection (no DSL or dial-up)
A hard-wired connection (no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots)
A minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload
A camera, which will be required to be on during training and work hours (not including breaks and lunches)
