Our team is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients, and we are now seeking a skilled and dedicatedRemote Customer Service Representative to.About the RoleKey Responsibilities Contacting clients to request documents required to properly service their case Responding to inquiries from existing clients, receiving inbound calls for status updates, and executing outbound calls to provide status updates Conducting financial analysis of taxpayers' income, expenses, and assets Managing and prioritizing cases depending on complexity Interacting with clients, Tax Professionals, and other departments Using time management skills to prioritize daily workload Providing an exceptional customer service experience in every customer-facing interaction Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess superior customer service skills, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to multitask and prioritize your workload.You should also have a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with clients and IRS representatives, as well as proficiency in computer skills and a team player mentality.
