As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, navigating complex conversations, and driving positive outcomes for our clients. **Job Summary** As a Remote Customer Service Representative – Shareholder Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to investors, responding to inbound and outbound calls, and navigating complex conversations to ensure accurate information is shared.
