As a Remote Customer Service Representative – Scheduling Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day scheduling operations, ensuring that jobs are ready for scheduling, and providing exceptional customer service. If you have a growth mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for scheduling and operations management, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service Representative – Scheduling Operations Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: * Overseeing day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and managing service appointments * Coordinating scheduling of technicians for service calls, installations, and repairs * Dispatching technicians to job sites in a timely and efficient manner * Monitoring technician schedules and adjusting as needed to accommodate emergencies or last-minute changes * Serving as the point of contact for customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing concerns or complaints * Ensuring excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner * Organizing and maintaining systems for documents, invoices, and client records * Processing payments from customers and following up on overdue accounts as necessary * Assisting in setting up and implementation of ServiceTitan * Additional responsibilities to support the growth of the company **Minimum Skills and Experience Required** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Experience in dispatching, preferably in a similar industry such as plumbing, HVAC, or electrical services * Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and in dispatching software such as ServiceTitan * Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work * Attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication with customers, suppliers, and team members * Familiarity with plumbing/HVAC/service terminology, processes, and materials can be beneficial for understanding the business and communicating effectively with technicians and customers * Must have a clear background check **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience working in a fast-paced environment * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software * Familiarity with scheduling software and tools * Experience with data entry and record-keeping **What We Offer** As a Remote Customer Service Representative – Scheduling Operations Specialist at blithequark, you can expect: * Competitive hourly rate of $13.00 - $17.00 per hour * Opportunity to develop and grow your career in a dynamic and growing company * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Collaborative and supportive team environment * Opportunities for professional development and training * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Access to the latest technology and tools **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and organized individual with a passion for customer service and scheduling operations, we want to hear from you!
